At O Positiv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
